Field Officer

About the Role

Build and maintain relationships with dairy farmers and milk suppliers, expand procurement networks, and ensure field quality standards across assigned districts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers and milk suppliers
• Monitor milk procurement performance and expand supplier networks
• Coordinate farmer development initiatives
• Ensure dairy quality standards in the field
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports

Requirements

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or full-time diploma in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Dairy Science, or related field
• 1-2 years experience in dairy development, milk procurement, or agricultural extension
• Knowledge of dairy farming practices preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned district
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
