About the Role

Lead manufacturing strategy and drive output across cutting, production, and finishing at a large Brandix plant in Mirigama, managing the full VSM function.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategy to meet VSM function targets for the plant
• Drive achievement across cutting, production, and finishing while maintaining customer specification standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on business objectives
• Enhance production output and capability within the VSM function
• Lead and manage the VSM team

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Clothing Technology
• 8-10+ years total experience
• Minimum 3 years heading production at a large plant facility
