Senior Garment Technologist

About the Role

Collaborate with development teams and buyers to review technical specs, guide sampling and construction, and ensure quality and fit standards for performance apparel at Biyagama.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing technical specifications and aligning team requirements
• Assessing product risks and implementing solutions during development
• Guiding construction, sampling, and pattern work
• Evaluating fit, comfort, and appearance with detailed feedback
• Managing timelines, customer communications, and team coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile/Clothing/Fabric Technology or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Strong understanding of pattern making, grading, and sewing
• Activewear/performance wear experience preferred
