Site Engineer

About the Role

Site-based civil/mechanical engineering role managing construction activities across Hayleys Engineering project sites including large infrastructure and building projects throughout Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on site
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance on site
• Monitor and report construction progress
• Liaise with project engineer and client representatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Sri Lanka
