About the Role

Senior engineering role leading construction project delivery from planning through completion, managing multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships on large-scale Hayleys Engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned construction projects from inception to completion
Oversee multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors
Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Manage client and consultant relationships
Monitor project financials and report to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical); NDT/NCT qualification also considered
5-10 years of experience in the construction field
Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager capacity
Willingness to travel to project sites across Sri Lanka
