Senior/Lead Azure Cloud Engineer

About the Role

Support customers across the full spectrum of Azure services, handling migration, security hardening, monitoring, disaster recovery, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• OS critical updates and security patching
• Azure resource creation and management
• VM monitoring and performance management
• Incident management and alert setup
• Disaster recovery design and implementation
• Azure security hardening
• Backup configuration and testing
• Infrastructure health monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Azure experience
• Certifications preferred: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, SC-100
• Managed Services or Enterprise Support experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
