Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage factory operations during assigned shift
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor machine operations and address technical issues
- Lead and coordinate production floor team
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with management
Requirements
- Diploma, NDT, Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical
- Hands-on knowledge of machine operations and production processes
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- MS Office proficiency is an advantage
