About the Role

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and comfort across guest villas, rooms, and public areas at Cape Weligama, a Relais & Chateaux clifftop property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest cleanliness standards
• Ensure a welcoming, immaculate environment for guests throughout their stay
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the housekeeping team
• Manage time effectively to turn over rooms efficiently during peak service periods

Requirements

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Good time management and organisational skills
