About the Role

Strategic finance leadership role overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, and mentoring the finance team for the George Steuart Consumer division.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic leadership to the finance function
• Handling financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance
• Developing and executing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Monitoring costs, cashflow, liquidity, and working capital management
• Overseeing purchasing and inventory maintenance
• Leading and mentoring finance team members

Requirements

• ICASL membership with a Finance or Accounting degree
• Minimum 3 years in a similar finance leadership role
• Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and tax regulations
• Strong leadership and team-building experience
