About the Role

Regional management and business development role driving sales and market expansion for solar, air conditioning, and elevator systems across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing regional business plans to expand market share
• Driving regional sales team performance toward assigned targets
• Identifying new distribution channels and key accounts
• Managing regional P&L statements and monitoring budgets and inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience
• HVAC industry experience is advantageous
• Valid driving and riding licenses
