Building Information Modeling specialist creating and managing 3D models for AEC projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing 3D building and infrastructure models
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on project requirements
• Ensuring models meet industry standards and project specifications
• Conducting quality assurance checks for accuracy and compliance
• Generating technical drawings from 3D models
• Maintaining version control and documentation

Requirements

• Proven BIM Modeler experience in the AEC industry
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM software
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
