Responsibilities

• Support lectures, practical sessions, and student assessments
• Create and update course materials to international standards
• Oversee laboratory work and guide students on career development
• Participate in curriculum development and academic advancement

Requirements

• Diploma in Science, Applied Science, Education, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in gem, jewellery, or gemmology education (advantageous)
• Strong English and Sinhala communication abilities
• Gemmology certifications (Gem-A, GIA, DGemG) desirable
