Responsibilities
- Execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market performance
- Create and implement territory expansion plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Cultivate relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Meet sales performance targets and submit regular progress reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2-4 years in sales, trade marketing, or territory management (FMCG industry preferred)
- Strong commercial thinking and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics reporting
