Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales and marketing operations
- Develop and implement growth strategies for student enrollment
- Drive business expansion and institutional partnerships
- Build connections with schools, educational institutions, and corporate organizations
- Manage team performance and set targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-5 years minimum experience in Sales & Marketing (education sector experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities
- Proven team leadership and performance management experience
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
