About the Role
Results-driven sales role expanding hotel, travel agent, and corporate partnerships for Colombo-based transportation and chauffeur services company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with hotels, corporate clients, and travel agents
- Secure contracts for airport transfers and vehicle hire services
- Build long-term client relationships and prepare proposals and quotations
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Supervise field promotion teams and conduct training
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales or business development experience
- Track record of acquiring hotel and corporate accounts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil advantageous)
- Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, Google Workspace
- Willingness to travel and lead field teams
