About the Role

Manages daily operations of the Maharagama showroom, leading staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day showroom operations management
• Staff supervision and motivation
• Customer satisfaction assurance
• Sales target achievement
• Inventory monitoring and coordination
• Showroom maintenance and product display management
• Customer complaint resolution
• Sales and performance reporting
• Employee training and evaluations
• Supplier and management coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Retail or showroom management experience (minimum 1 year)
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• MS Office and POS system proficiency
• Availability for weekend and holiday work
