About the Role
Manages daily operations of the Maharagama showroom, leading staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining inventory.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day showroom operations management
- Staff supervision and motivation

- Inventory monitoring and coordination
- Showroom maintenance and product display management
- Customer complaint resolution

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Retail or showroom management experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- MS Office and POS system proficiency
- Availability for weekend and holiday work
