About the Role
Senior recoveries manager overseeing vehicle recovery activities, branch staff, and portfolio management across all LOLC branches island-wide.
Responsibilities
- Manage recovery activities across all branches
- Implement management decisions to ensure smooth operational flow
- Attend vehicle auctions and oversee recovery documentation
- Monitor collection targets against branch portfolios
- Supervise branch recovery staff
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments
Requirements
- Strong academic background
- Minimum 10 years of recoveries experience in reputed financial institutions
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Age preferably under 45 years
- Strong communication ability across all client and staff levels
- High integrity and collaborative mindset
