About the Role

Kitchen staff role at a boutique Negombo beach hotel, open to experienced Demi Chefs and trainee-level Commis Chef candidates, with salary LKR 30,000-55,000.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food as directed by the Head Chef
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
• Assist in stock control and management
• Support service in hotel kitchen operations

Requirements

• Previous culinary experience mandatory for Demi Chef level
• Trainees considered for entry-level Commis positions
• Available for immediate start
