About the Role
Kitchen staff role at a boutique Negombo beach hotel, open to experienced Demi Chefs and trainee-level Commis Chef candidates, with salary LKR 30,000-55,000.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food as directed by the Head Chef
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Assist in stock control and management
- Support service in hotel kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous culinary experience mandatory for Demi Chef level
- Trainees considered for entry-level Commis positions
- Available for immediate start
