About the Role

Senior Resident Manager role overseeing day-to-day operations and leading department heads at a Hemas hotel property, with pre-opening experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations as Resident Manager
• Manage all departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational standards
• Support the General Manager in strategic planning and execution
• Lead, mentor and develop department heads

Requirements

• Professional qualification in hotel or hospitality management
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity at a star-class hotel OR minimum 3 years as General Manager of a small luxury resort
• Pre-opening hotel experience preferred
• Multilingual abilities advantageous
