Hot kitchen Chef de Partie role at a contemporary Colombo cafe managing section operations, food preparation, and supervising commis chefs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the hot kitchen section
- Prepare and present dishes to agreed specifications and quality standards
- Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance at all times
- Train and guide commis chefs in the section
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service flow
Requirements
- Qualification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a recognised hotel, restaurant or cafe
- Strong knowledge of hot kitchen techniques and food safety regulations
