About the Role

Senior HVAC design engineer leading building services projects for a multi-country MEP specialist firm, using Revit and AutoCAD, with 5-8 years experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC design and engineering for building services projects
Prepare design drawings, specifications and technical documentation
Collaborate with MEP teams and coordinate with consultants and clients
Evaluate design drawings against quality and regulatory standards
Support estimation and tendering for HVAC projects
Liaise with procurement teams and equipment suppliers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5-8 years in Building Services Engineering with HVAC focus
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project and Microsoft Office
Strong English communication skills
Willingness to travel overseas for project assignments
