Mechanic

About the Role

Experienced Mechanic at Crystal Martin's Galagedara facility to maintain and repair industrial sewing machines, diagnose mechanical faults, and ensure uninterrupted garment production.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on industrial sewing machines
• Repair and restore machines to optimal working condition
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults on production lines
• Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance schedules
• Report maintenance status and escalate complex issues appropriately

Requirements

• NVQ Level 04 Mechanic Course certification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a garment or apparel factory
• Age below 45 years
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial sewing machines
