About the Role
Customer service role at a leading Colombo 09 freight forwarder handling client communication, shipment tracking, and documentation for air and sea freight.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment status updates
- Coordinate with operations teams for air and sea freight movements
- Manage freight documentation and filing accurately
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle
- Liaise with overseas agents and local service providers
Requirements
- Junior to executive level candidates considered
- Background in logistics or freight forwarding preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation
