Balangoda Plantations is hiring at both assistant and senior assistant superintendent levels for its tea and rubber estates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tea and rubber estate field operations
• Manage plantation workers and daily activities
• Ensure crop quality and production targets are met

Requirements

• Plantation management experience in tea and/or rubber
• Senior Assistant Superintendent: extensive experience in plantation field operations
