Detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor experienced in ceiling, cladding, and partition quantity takeoff and cost estimation for commercial and industrial projects in Gampaha.

Responsibilities

Execute quantity takeoff and cost estimations for ceiling, cladding, and partition work
Prepare detailed quantity calculations and cost estimates
Analyze architectural and technical drawings
Coordinate with project managers and suppliers for material procurement

Requirements

BSc in Quantity Surveying, HND, or equivalent qualification
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Familiarity with ceiling, cladding, and partition works
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings
