Manager - Compliance

About the Role

Lead compliance activities for Allianz Sri Lanka entities, implementing AML and sanctions policies and training business units on regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence with Allianz Group policies including AML and Sanctions regulations
• Implement and promote localized compliance policies
• Conduct compliance testing and risk assessments
• Conduct trainings for business units on compliance matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a compliance-related role
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory framework in Sri Lanka
