About the Role

Lead all daily manufacturing operations of a children's garment factory in Kandy, overseeing production schedules, quality control, cost management, and floor supervisors.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct daily manufacturing operations
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery
Maintain quality control standards for kids' wear safety
Oversee floor supervisors, tailors, and machine operators
Control costs, minimize fabric wastage, and manage inventory

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience as Production Manager in apparel sector
Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes
Experience in kids' wear production preferred
