About the Role
Senior HVAC design engineer for MEP consultancy projects including large-scale hotels, resorts, hospitals, and commercial buildings across the region, closing July 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
Design and develop HVAC systems for large-scale MEP consultancy projects
Prepare design drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
Perform HVAC design calculations and system optimization
Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and structural discipline teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Services / MEP Engineering with proven HVAC design expertise
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
Experience handling large-scale or complex building projects
