About the Role

Senior role leading the development, implementation, and reporting of People's Bank's Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Bank's ESG strategy aligned with strategic objectives
• Coordinate sustainability initiatives across departments
• Monitor and report on environmental impact and social responsibility efforts
• Lead preparation of ESG disclosures and sustainability reports
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory and stakeholder ESG communications
• Facilitate staff training on sustainability matters
• Track emerging ESG trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a UGC-recognized institution in Environmental Management, Sustainability Management, Business Administration, Finance/Banking, Economics, Risk Management, Accounting, Law, or Social Science
