Lead product development and technical teams at Q Collection's Mawathagama facility, managing business development, key accounts, and sample coordination for global retail customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor product development team
Drive business development and market research initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, design, and production
Develop customer acquisition strategies and manage key accounts
Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts
Oversee design coordination and sample development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Clothing Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in product development or manufacturing
SAP/ERP system experience preferred
Understanding of market trends and garment industry technology
