About the Role

Lead the QA function across garment manufacturing operations at Q Collection's Mawathagama plant, setting standards, training teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team overseeing quality control throughout garment manufacturing
• Develop and implement quality control processes and standards
• Train and guide QA inspectors and technicians
• Conduct inspections and audits of production processes
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Investigate root causes and develop corrective action plans
• Manage customer feedback and complaints

Requirements

• Degree in garment technology, quality assurance, or relevant field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in garment manufacturing industry
• Expertise in visual inspection, sample testing, and automated inspection methods
• Strong team leadership and performance management skills
