Senior Executive - Marketing & Merchandising

About the Role

Manage product development, costing, and customer relationships for lingerie accounts at Q Collection's Colombo office, coordinating with supply chain and handling buyers like M&S and Primark.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development activities, costing, and samples to achieve budgeted sales
• Negotiate pricing with customers for profitability
• Ensure timely sample development meeting quality standards
• Coordinate with supply chain for raw material availability
• Develop customer relationships and identify business penetration opportunities
• Process technical documentation including tech packs, orders, contracts, and BOMs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering
• 2-6 years of experience in garments or textile industry
• Lingerie business background preferred
• Experience handling retailers such as M&S, Primark, or Lidl preferred
