About the Role
Develop garment patterns using CAD, conduct fit testing, and manage sample approvals for Q Collection's product development team in Mawathagama.
Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze design specifications
- Develop garment patterns using CAD software and conduct pattern grading
- Assess fabric and material requirements
- Oversee sample development and conduct fit tests
- Manage sample approvals and document product specifications
- Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in garment technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
- Knowledge of CAD tools and costing methods
- Strong understanding of garment fit, construction, and fabric selection
