About the Role
Drive domestic and international sales of plantation commodities including vanilla, cinnamon, pepper, and tea, managing key accounts and developing new markets for Koslanda Plantations.
Responsibilities
- Identify new domestic and international markets and develop sales strategies for plantation commodities
- Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated sales management experience in agriculture, FMCG, or export industries
- Agricultural commodities and export documentation knowledge beneficial
