About the Role
Manage full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, payroll, policy development, and employee engagement at a specialist gemmological education academy.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, KPIs and performance frameworks
- Coordinate payroll processing and leave administration
- Drive employee engagement through training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour law
Requirements
- Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Psychology
- 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in an educational institution
- Sri Lankan Labour Law expertise and HR best practices knowledge
- HRIS systems and MS Office proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities
