About the Role

Field-based recruitment role focused on sourcing Security and Cleaning staff across Colombo using community outreach, leaflets, and awareness campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for Security and Cleaning employees with weekly targets
• Post recruitment materials across Colombo
• Distribute leaflets and conduct awareness campaigns
• Develop community relationships to build referral pipelines

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle driving license and confident riding ability
• Residence in or near Colombo area
• Prior security services or cleaning operations experience valued
