Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare management at a water systems manufacturing facility in Hanwella.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle recruitment and hiring activities
- Administer employee welfare facilities including canteen and hostel
- Oversee general facility maintenance
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification
- Diploma in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years HR experience (internships considered an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office proficiency
