About the Role

Lead HR operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring labour law compliance, workforce planning, and employee relations for a major Sri Lankan electronics company.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations within manufacturing functions
• Ensure labour law compliance and effective HR processes
• Handle workforce planning, employee relations, attendance, and discipline
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams on business objectives
• Drive HR improvements and employee engagement initiatives
• Lead the HR operations team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 5-7 years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• 2-3 years in supervisory or assistant managerial HR role
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws
• HRIS and HR analytics proficiency
