About the Role
Coordinate between Sales and Operations, manage customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries, maintain service records, and support administrative reporting at a laundry services company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative activities between Sales and Operations departments
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other channels
- Maintain machine operation records
- Coordinate customer pickup and delivery schedules
- Receive and resolve customer complaints
- Manage customer hotline and service records
Requirements
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level minimum; Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing preferred
- Minimum 1 year in administration, sales coordination, or operations coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
