Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day organisational operations
Supervise administrative and operational teams
Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service
Monitor staff performance and operational efficiency
Oversee facility management and inventory
Ensure regulatory compliance
Prepare operational reports and drive process improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, or related field; OR G.C.E. Advanced Level with strong results
3 years experience for degree holders; 5 years for Advanced Level holders
Trilingual proficiency in English, Tamil, and Sinhala
Flexibility with working hours including weekends and emergencies
