About the Role
Act as primary client contact at a Colombo business services firm, managing bilingual English/Sinhala communications, client requests, and internal team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for clients ensuring professional communication
- Coordinate client requests, inquiries, and follow-ups effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior client service
- Maintain records and manage bilingual English-Sinhala correspondence
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level education
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Age between 19-27 years
- Excellent English and Sinhala proficiency (written and spoken)
- Basic IT literacy including emails and MS Office
