• Maintain cleanliness and food quality standards
• Supervise kitchen staff
• Monitor inventory costs

Requirements

• Culinary qualifications with hot kitchen experience
• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with curry filling or lamp rice preparation preferred
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
