Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
Ensure production targets are met on schedule
Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards
Train, guide, and supervise production staff
Identify operational issues and recommend improvements

Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environments
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Manufacturing process knowledge
Excellent communication and organizational skills
