Group Head of Engineering

About the Role

Lead the Engineering function across Brandix's global apparel manufacturing footprint, driving technology adoption, automation, sustainability, and CAPEX governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement group-wide engineering strategy focused on technology adoption, automation, and sustainable manufacturing
• Manage CAPEX governance including capital investment planning and asset reliability
• Lead sustainability initiatives covering energy management, EHS compliance, and net-zero commitments
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, supply chain, and sustainability teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering; Chartered Engineer certification preferred
• Minimum 15 years in engineering with manufacturing systems exposure
• Minimum 5 years leading an engineering function in large organizations
• Proven track record driving transformation in automation, smart manufacturing, or sustainability
