About the Role

Manage maintenance and reliability engineering for Chevron's lubricants manufacturing facility in the Gampaha District, leveraging CMMS and SAP systems to drive equipment uptime.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and reliability engineering operations across the manufacturing facility
• Utilize Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners and contractors
• Drive technical and commercial stakeholder management

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at an established organization
• Knowledge of Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or equivalent
• Working familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
