About the Role

Optimize production line layouts, manage workforce efficiency, and apply industrial engineering tools to maintain quality and cost targets at Q Collection's Narammala apparel facility.

Responsibilities

Obtain design specifications and coordinate with merchandising teams
Analyze materials requirements and prevent wastage
Plan production line layouts for optimal workflow
Estimate machinery and staffing needs
Train machine operators on equipment usage and safety protocols
Monitor efficiency metrics and operator performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of related professional experience
Industrial engineering software proficiency (AutoCAD, MATLAB, Arena, SAP)
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
