Associate Financial Analyst

About the Role

Entry-level financial analyst role supporting billing, client engagement, revenue reporting and business performance analysis for a global HR software company based in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Bill customers and collect payments promptly
• Engage with US and European clients
• Report key business performance metrics
• Analyze revenue for management reporting using Power BI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
• Advanced proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks Desktop is advantageous
• Fluent English communication skills
• No prior experience required; trainees will be considered
