About the Role

Support the Executive Chef at a 4-star beach resort in Kalutara with emphasis on kitchen discipline and quality control.

Responsibilities

Assist Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Ensure kitchen discipline, efficiency, and high food quality standards
Contribute to menu planning and execution

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in same capacity at a 4-star hotel
Diploma or higher qualification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
