Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen discipline, efficiency, and high food quality standards
- Contribute to menu planning and execution
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in same capacity at a 4-star hotel
- Diploma or higher qualification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
