About the Role

Senior technical advisory role providing quality assurance guidance on infrastructure initiatives across Sri Lanka and the South Asia region on behalf of UNOPS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical advice and guidance on quality assurance frameworks
• Provide construction support including health, safety, quality, and environmental oversight
• Support project managers in infrastructure implementation across the region
• Develop partnerships and represent UNOPS at regional forums

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering with 9 years experience, or Master's with 7 years
• Minimum 10 years progressive senior-level engineering experience
• At least 7 years at senior management level
• Experience in Asian countries within international development contexts
