About the Role
Ocean Lanka seeks a Merchandiser to manage the full order cycle from order analysis and sample making through raw material procurement, production oversight, documentation, and shipping at their Biyagama EPZ facility.
Responsibilities
- Order analysis and tracking from placement through delivery
- Sample making coordination
- Raw material procurement and buying
- Production monitoring and oversight
- Shipping documentation
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements
- Degree from a recognized university in Textile & Apparel Industry or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Fluency in English and Sinhala
- Team player with negotiation skills
